The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on last 15th of July, 2023. The meeting was chaired by HOA President Jones, with attendance of homeowners in presence.
After call to order, the minutes website from the previous meeting were considered and passed with some amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial update outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised questions regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed tennis court construction and streetlight improvement projects.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing updates about the plans.
After the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for October , on the same day next month.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to strengthen the standard of life for all residents while addressing present concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are regulations related to exterior aesthetics, noise ordinances, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments meticulously and provide their suggestions by the deadline.
- An open forum will be arranged on July 20th to examine the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by planting shrubs, cleaning up public zones, and supporting a sense of belonging.
We're currently working on several projects, including the renewal of our community garden. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, watch over one another's homes, and foster a stronger sense of community. Gatherings will be held regularly to coordinate efforts.
